Submission

Submission System: Electronic Submission System or email iccnp@chairmen.org.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf) will be accepted via email.

Notes: All submitted papers need to be original, must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.

All submitted papers will go through a double-blind reviewing process by at least two reviewers drawn from the technical committees, also if you don't want do publish any paper, you are welcome to join us as presenter, Delegate, etc.

稿件应为原创作品，未在国内外刊物上发表过, 不接受一稿多投。稿件内容要求不涉及机密、署名无争议，严禁抄袭行为。如发生法律或经济纠纷由投稿人承担相应责任。

Acceptance Notification 录用通知时间	February 5 , 2024 2024年2月5日	'Accept' or 'Reject' decision will be given to the submitted papers on this day or earlier. 当日或当日前会通过邮件通知文章的录用或接收。
Registration Deadline 注册截止时间	February 10, 2024 2024年2月10日	Authors should complete the registration in advance in order to attend the conference 请在注册截止日之前提交所有注册资料到会议邮箱。
Conference Date 会议日期	February 29 - March 2, 2024 2024年2月29日-3月2日	Keynotes & Plenaries, technical sessioins will be arranged. 会议当天日程包括大会报告, 平行报告等多种形式。

 

Paper Publication

All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in FCCE2023 International Conference Proceedings

录用文章将收录至会议论文集中，并被EI Compendex 和Scopus检索。所有提交的论文都将进行同行评审，并根据内容的原创性、技术和研究内容/深度、正确性、与会议的相关性、贡献和可读性进行评审。

Paper Page Limit

Full papers should be with at least 4 pages. ICCNP charges the extra page if it exceeds 5 pages.
