Registration

In order to participate in the conference ICCNP 2024, at least one author of each paper must register
And each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference. The payment should be made in US Dollar by Credit Card ( Visa/Master ) or bank Transfer.

 - Author: For attendees who submitted full papers, both publication & presentation.
 - Presenter: For attendees who submitted abstracts, only presentation without publication
 - Delegate: For attendees without paper submission, Neither presentation nor publication. Fill out the Regstration form and register immediately.

• Important Notes 注意事项
• Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings. 每篇文章至少一个作者须注册，且至少一个作者须做文章报告

• Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers. 会议主办方收到注册费用后方可确认注册成功

• Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the Delegate. 1篇文章的其余作者或是陪同人员可注册为听众。

  Refund/Cancellation Policy 退款
  If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary via e-mail iccnp@chairmen.org.
  In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:
  

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to event date:	30USD processing fee is required
89-60 days prior to event date:	30% processing fee is required
59-30 days prior to event date:	50% processing fee is required
29-0 days prior to event date:	No refund

Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure
The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
